On Sunday July 12…the glorious roar of vintage iron graced the street of Abbot Kinney once again. Whether you drool over Ducati’s or groan for Guzzi’s, your moto appetite should have been satisfied. Led by Brady Walker & Shannon Sweeney, the notorious Venice Vintage Motorcycle Club (VVMC) had another successful rally!
A vintage bike procession traveled through the Santa Monica Mountains from 9am to 11am. After there was judging & awards, a photography exhibit, superior barbeque by Uncle Creepo, & a beer garden catered by Big Foot Lodge for all of the thirsty revelers.
T-shirts & posters designed by VVMC graphic designer Jeff Verges commemorating the event are still for sale. Sponsors for this event was Nikki’s, Trim Hair Salon, Garage Company & ASTARS. A handmade wallet created by One Too Many was also raffled off.
A portion of the proceeds benefited the Boys & Girls Club of Venice.
